Impressed Current Cathodic Protection

TOTAL HULL PROTECTION
Impressed Current Cathodic Protection

Optimum Cathodic Protection for Hull & Structure against Corrosion.

Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) works by delivering controlled amounts of DC current to the surfaces of submerged structures in water with the aid of ultra-reliable Zinc Reference electrodes and combined with anodes of MMOffi or Pt/Ti. The electrical current that is continuously regulated and monitored by the ICCP system with a specialized controller power unit that helps prevent corrosion.

PRODUCT DETAILS

MMO/Ti Coating

Superior MMO/Ti coating for ICCP anodes ensures a lifespan of more than 15 years compared to conventional coating.

High Purity Zinc

Pure Zinc Reference Electrode has proven to have the longest lifespan as compared to other types of Reference Electrode Material.

Stockist for Anodes

Able to supply Capac type Impressed Current Cathodic Protection 4ft or 8ft anodes that are relative hard to source.

ICCP System

  • Long lasting design life
Designed to last for more than 15-20 Years of service life.
  • Easy Replacement
Designed to be underwater replaceable even when vessel is in operation.
  • Cost Effectiveness
With design life of nearly 20 years, the Impressed Current Anodes does not need to be replaced during every dry-dock.
  • Real Time Monitoring
Control Panel usually located in the CCR with provide crew onboard with information for Hull Protection.
